The Revd Dr Alec Corio has been appointed as Diocesan Interfaith Officer from 1 January and continues as Rector – East Barnet Benefice.
The Revd Joy Elizabeth Cousans, currently Vicar in the Benefice of Eaton Bray with Edlesborough, is to retire from 1 June, continuing to hold Permission to Officiate.
The Revd Mark John Edwards, currently Priest in Charge in the Benefice of Harlington, Tingrith & Westoning, is to be Vicar of the same from 24 March.
The Revd Canon Andrew Francis Malby Goodman, Priest in Charge in the Benefice of Marston Morteyne with Lidlington is to retire from 7 April and will continue as Bishop’s Adviser for Healing and Deliverance.
Mrs Ulrike Hunt has been appointed as Diocesan Interfaith Adviser from 1 January and continues to manage The Feast Youth Project in Luton.
The Revd Cindy Kent-Winsley, previously Team Vicar (with special responsibility for St Peter’s, Arkley) as part of Chipping Barnet Team Ministry, retired on 17 January, and has been granted Permission to Officiate in the Diocese of St Albans from the same date.
The Revd Lindsey Moss, currently Associate Minister in the Benefice of Caddington, is to be 0.5 Priest in Charge in the Benefice of St Andrew’s, Woodside from 20 April.
The Revd Helen Neville, currently Assistant Curate in Training in the Benefice of Abbots Langley, is to be Vicar in the Benefice of Bricket Wood from 23 March.
We learned with sadness of the death of The Revd Timothy Simon Robb. He held these roles throughout his ministry: Curate – Christ Church Bedford: 2003 – 2007; Vicar – St Mary’s Eaton Socon: 2007 – 2026; Priest in Charge – Wilden with Colmworth and Ravensden: 2016 – 2018.
