Do you want to be a Safeguarding Trainer?

Your Diocese Needs You!

Raising awareness through training is an essential part of becoming a safer Church. We are actively looking for volunteers to assist in delivering Leadership Training alongside a theologically educated facilitator. Training is mainly presented online via Zoom and there is a need for someone to have an understanding of Safeguarding and be confident in presenting. There is an expectation that suitable applicants would deliver a minimum of three courses per year. This can be a very rewarding role and we would welcome applications from anyone who thinks they are suitable and would enjoy this role.

If you have any further questions or for an informal chat about the role please call Mandy Davies on 01727 818 117 or 07771 179 015 or email mdavies@stalbans.anglican.org. Please note Mandy works Wednesday-Friday.

To apply, please complete the Application Form linked below and email it to: safeguardingtraining@stalbans.anglican.org.

We request that applications are submitted by Monday 20th November.
