The Alban Way is a year long programme of practice based teaching for those aged 18 – 35, in community, designed for participants to be equipped and formed as disciples and leaders. In this time of intentional exploration we are seeking to be transformed in our relationships with Jesus, that our faith might grow and flourish.

We are looking for someone with experience of supporting young adults who can provide pastoral leadership, safeguarding oversight and relational support to those on the programme, as well as contributing to the work of the team in planning and implementing The Alban Way and other events.

This role is externally funded by the national church, and is therefore offered on a fixed term basis, initially for 18 months.
