Annual Ministerial Return PtO Clergy

Members of clergy with PtO should meet with the incumbent (or equivalent) once a year for a pastoral check-in and to ascertain whether any circumstances have changed.

A very brief note of the annual meeting is recorded on this Annual Ministerial Return for PtO Clergy.

The completed form should be returned to the Administrative Secretary to the Bishop of St Albans.

Please note: if any anything substantial has changed for the member of PtO clergy then a new Statement of Agreed Expectations should also be completed.

Statement of Agreed Expectations PtO Clergy

This statement of agreed expectations should be completed by the member of PtO clergy with the incumbent or equivalent.

This provides some agreed boundaries about what can be asked of the member of PtO clergy and also gives information about what the member of clergy is prepared to offer and where they are prepared to minister.
