Alban Way young adults begin Camino de Santiago pilgrimage

Eight young adults from The Alban Way will set off this weekend on a six-day pilgrimage in northern Spain. As they walk together towards Santiago de Compostela, the pilgrimage will offer time away from the routines of daily life to pray, reflect and deepen the faith they have been exploring throughout their year of discipleship.

St Albans Director of Mission and Ministry named as next Bishop of Warwick

The Revd Canon Dr Tim Lomax, currently Director of Mission and Ministry for the Diocese of St Albans, has been named as the next Bishop of Warwick. Having served in St Albans since 2016, Tim leaves a strong legacy of equipping local churches, leaders, and vocations across the Diocese. He will be consecrated at Southwark Cathedral on Friday 6 November, and prayers are asked for Tim, his wife Kate, and their family during this transition.

More than 40 people gathered for the annual Poetry Pilgrimage between Datchworth and Tewin, combining walking, reflection, worship and poetry.
