The Revd Canon Dr Tim Lomax, currently Director of Mission and Ministry for the Diocese of St Albans, has been named as the next Bishop of Warwick. Having served in St Albans since 2016, Tim leaves a strong legacy of equipping local churches, leaders, and vocations across the Diocese. He will be consecrated at Southwark Cathedral on Friday 6 November, and prayers are asked for Tim, his wife Kate, and their family during this transition.
As the Church of England’s summer focus on pilgrimage draws to a close, we look back at one of the many pilgrim journeys that took place across the Diocese of St Albans. More than 40 people gathered for the annual Poetry Pilgrimage between Datchworth and Tewin, combining walking, reflection, worship and poetry.
